The varied and flexible range of meeting and conference facilities at Breadalbane Community Campus ensures that however large or small your meeting is, we have the ideal space for you. Our rooms have been named after some of the beautiful natural features in our area.

The Tay Auditorium
Capacity 350 (Theatre Style),
Capacity 490 without bleachers

Recommended Use – Conferences, cinematic shows, theatre, concerts

Equipment – Modern space with full technology support eg: Cinema sound system, theatre lighting, microphones, DVD player, projector and screen.


Additional Information

Performance space 17m wide x 8m deep, with a 1.2m apron with steps, to fixed stage. This includes

wings at each side of 3-4m. Ideal for concerts and plays.

Sound booth with full system control

Bleacher seating can be cleared to provide larger floor space.

The Ben Vrackie Room
Capacity 90

Recommended Use – Weddings, Teaching, Presentations and Lectures.

Equipment – Smartboard, Projector, retractable bleachers, flipchart and pens, campus stationery.


Additional Information

Ideal space for a team building or brainstorming session

Why not book a guest speaker to address your delegates?

This room has been used for many civil weddings and offers an intimate setting for smaller services.

The Falls Suite - The Acharn and Dochart Rooms
Capacity 20 seated in two rooms which could be increased to 40 in one room with the removal of a room partition.

Recommended Use – Meetings, presentations, ICT classes


Equipment – Smart board, projector, Internet & laptops can be arranged on request.

The Birks Conference Room
Capacity 40

Recommended Use – Conferences, meetings, presentations

Equipment – Projector, flipchart, whiteboard. Laptop & internet access available on request.


Additional Information

Our conference room also has access to a small tea preparation room with a fridge and hot water boiler, perfect for storing your catering requirements from Tayside Contracts, our onsite caterer.

The Farragon
Capacity 30

Recommended Use – Teaching, presentations, Informal meetings.


Equipment – All classrooms are equipped with projectors and smart boards.

The Mhor
Capacity 4

Recommended Use – Interviews, meetings for maximum 4 people.


We have many specialist facilities to accommodate your booking including a recording studio (technical specification available on request), drama studio with sound system, fully functional kitchens for teaching and workshops and music practice rooms all of which can be booked through the campus reception.
