A huge well done to our S2 Highland Chef finalists who worked with Lee and Craig from The Town House Aberfeldy to put on an amazing showcase dinner for their families, friends and teachers last week. It was a privilege to watch them demonstrate a range of transferable skills, deliver a slick and professional service and work so well together as a team.

Thanks as always to Lee and Craig for working with us for the 18th year of the competition. We appreciate all the time and effort which goes on behind the scenes to bring these projects to life. We are already excited to see what this year’s S2’s produce.
