In our nursery, children are placed into small groups and assigned a key worker. A key worker is a dedicated member of our team who builds a strong, trusting relationship with your child and acts as your main point of contact.

Their role is to support your child’s learning and wellbeing, observe their progress, and plan next steps tailored to their individual needs and interests. Key workers also work closely with families, ensuring you are involved and informed about your child’s development throughout their nursery journey.
