Annual Excursion Consent Form

Each academic session, we ask parents/carers to complete an Annual Excursion Consent Form. This helps the school plan activities and trips more efficiently and is intended to make things easier for families.

By completing this form, you give permission in advance for your child to take part in local activities (such as outdoor learning) and school trips within Scotland. This reduces the need for repeated consent requests throughout the year.

If you prefer not to provide annual consent, simply let us know when the forms are issued. In that case, you can give or withhold consent for each trip individually. If you would prefer a hard copy of the form please contact the school office by emailing breadalbane@pkc.gov.uk

Please note: Parents/carers will still receive full details of any school trip in advance. This provides another opportunity to withdraw consent from a particular activity or trip if you wish.
